Rasmussen MINI is at 2001 SW Jefferson St., Portland. Registration opens 9:00 a.m., driver's meeting 9:40 a.m., first car out 10:01 a.m. General Instructions are the CSCC Road Rally Rules (see link on left). Reserve a hotel room at the Newport La Quinta (541-867-7727) before July 24. Ask for the CSCC rate.
